My wife and I booked a day out and we had a wonderful time. Courtney thoroughly explained the operation of pedal kayaks as we have only paddle kayaks. After launching, he guided us to the best spots and showed us where to cast our baits. We caught a number of trout and one beautiful Red. We plan to book another trip out with Courtney and have referred him to others. It felt as though we knew him longer than the six hour trip. He provided everything, from rods and reels to lures and snacks and water. We loved it! (We are on the search for our own Hobie Kayaks now too!) Thank you for a fantastic time! John and April

Highly recommend PDKFC for your next adventure captain took me out on a great day on the water . Courtney took the time to make sure I was taken care of , the attention to detail and experience level he showed was by far one of the best trips I’ve taken I learned a lot caught some fish made some memories I will be returning to fish with PDKFC more and more not only did I find a great captain that takes care of his clients I also found a friend Many thanks sir for a wonderful day

Thank you Courtney for the your expertise on the water Your equipment and guiding experience was top notch. Paid for a 5 hour trip and was treated to a 7 hour trip at no extra charge. The fight from a redfish is like no other in the fishing world. Can’t wait for the next trip with you

What a day! Courtney was a phenomenal guide. He taught us how to use the pedal kayak (it was our first time!) and then introduced us to fishing in the Forgotten Coast. Thanks to Courtney's experience we were able to catch our first speckled sea trout. A dream! The service offered is top class: from fishing rods to kayaks. Everything was perfect from the very first email. Courtney is not only an expert guide, he is an incredibly friendly person with whom it is truly enjoyable to spend time. 100% recommended!

I booked this trip because I wanted to learn how to fish out of a kayak. It was like fishing with a longtime friend. I had the best time and am already looking to book another trip. I highly recommend Courtney of PDKFC. Fantastic guy. Super nice and knowledgeable. He put up with my endless questions and I left the water with a better understanding of saltwater fishing and a cooler full of fish. If you are debating on booking a trip with him, just go. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing day and guide. Very personable and a great teacher, loves going fishing and taking others with him. I'd never been fishing in my life and it was amazing to actually reel something in and go home with my catch. Tasted great.

Courtney knows his stuff!!! Before we'd even officially met, he put on a spot for bank fishing the day before our trip where I finally caught my first redfish in over 10 years of trying solo and with other guides. Consummate professional with tons of patience and character. Proceeded to put me on even more reds and trout the next day, and what differs with PDKFC and others charters.....he uses LURES and has these results! Learned a lot, got some lures and a fish bag, and some groceries! 10/10 and going again

Went out with Courtney Ashburn (PDKFC) and had a great time. Courtney was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, his gear was top notch and above all he put us on fish. It was a great time and money well spent. I caught my personal best on Red fish (24") and Speckle Trout( 24"). We had a great time.
